The staff were professional and ready to sign my car in on my arrival. They listened to my concerns and completed the check as promised. The staff provided regular updates on the extra items needing to be investigated which was reassuring. And I got my car back as promised.
The downside of the service was I didn’t receive my repair card the following week as promised.
The service provided from the time of affanging the service booking to collection when completed was exceptional. The offer of alternative transport wad greatly appreciated, although not required. I was kept informed on progress and final report was explained to me when collecting the vehicle.
Took my ranger there for a 30000km service came back with the oil filter flap hanging off they used different size clips to put it back on. Wouldn't take my car to this butcher shop again. They have the captive market there at the moment hopefully another ford dealer opens there soon!
Upon arrival we (2 females) were met by a staff member who had limited knowledge of our vehicle. We were eventually referred to a technician who failed to believe our concerns. The test drive he conducted was inadequate and did not demonstrate the issues we described. We left the service department after an hour of wasted time for us, feeling disrespected and frustrated. It was a classic misogynistic situation of being treated like "useless females"! We discussed our concerns with our salesman who took charge of this fiasco.
On our return we were treated with a little more respect and indeed one of our issues was identified and rectified. However we still have unresolved issues with the vehicle.
